About Me

My name is Hannah Mathew and I am from Mooresville, NC. I am pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering so that I can work along side other Biomedical Engineers trying to better the world's medical technology.

More specifically, I am interested in the use of 3-D printing structures to replace or aid in the function of the human body. I would like to design a structure that can help relieve the pressure on clogged arteries and help with blood circulation. This would be a small structure, aiming to keep the procedure mimimally invasive.

I am most interested in taking design classes because it aligns more with what I want to do more than any other class thus far. I am looking forward to getting into Biomedical electives in order to learn more about the field that I am directly interested in. I consider mathematics to be a strength of mine, and machining to be a weakness.

For my personal bucket list, I would like to graduate college, attend an El Clasico soccer game in Europe, be called in as a Biomedical Engineer in order to fix a piece of equipment during a sugerical procedure, travel to other countries, and get a dog.

During this assignment, I learned to use html coding. I spent about two hours completing this assignment.
